Personal Use --Please feel free to save to your pc the graphics I offer
for your personal use (non-commercial), including my IM Letters, Yahoo
Skins, IE Wallpaper Skins, and Glitter tiles.
For your own personal use it is not necessary to link me but it would
be a nice thing to do so others can find the goodies too :-D
2. Signature Artists --Yes, you may use my glitters to make signatures
and dolls.
3. Web-Graphic's Artists --Yes, you may use my glitters for your own
personal website or non-commercial use.
4. Borders --Yes, you may use my glitter tiles and IE Skins to make
borders. No Hot-linking. You must save and upload the files to your
own web-hosting directory.
*Artists using my graphics and glitters...please give me a credit link
on your website.

DO NOT RE-DISTRIBUTE --You may not re-distribute my graphics or glitters
in any forum, group, website, or mass e-mailings without my written
consent. In other words, you may NOT pass out my glitters as 'SNAGS'.
Instead, please pass out my URL so people can download directly from
this site.
2. DO NOT POST/DISPLAY AS A COLLECTION--You may not post or display
my graphics/glitters as your own collection or offer them for downloads
from any forum, group, or website without my written permission.

DO NOT ALTER --You may not alter my graphics or claim them as your own.
4. DO NOT REMOTE LINK --Do not Direct Link (HOTLINK) to my glitter tiles
or graphics...that is bandwidth theft. You must save the files to your
own pc and upload to your own webhosting site.
*It has recently come to my attention that several MSN and Yahoo Groups
and 'SNAG' groups are re-distributing my glitters through mass e-mails
or are posting them on their websites. People who do this are in direct
violation of my terms of use*
